A Flute's Journey

From beginning to end, we followed a donated flute until it ended up in the hands of Kidznotes student Brandon Castellanos. Kidznotes is a non-profit organization that offers free orchestral training to the underserved kids in Durham.

Ashlen Renner is a senior multimedia major at UNC-CH from Pinehurst. She is serving at the Durham VOICE as a staff videographer and writer.

Jimmy Wylie

Jimmy Wylie is a UNC-CH senior broadcast major from Athens, Texas. On the VOICE he is serving as a broadcast reporter.
