This is a podcast series being produced and reported for the Durham VOICE. With this project, we’re reconnecting with people who were once involved with the VOICE and its community, allowing them to share their journeys and experiences since working with the newspaper.
This week’s guest on DVV is Veronika Payne. She worked with the Durham VOICE starting in 2016 as a PYO intern. Veronika contributed to the paper through her junior year of high school and is now a freshman at Durham Tech, studying to become an associate of the fine arts. She still routinely volunteers with PYO as well.
