The Durham VOICE
Even though autumn came late to Durham this year, there’s still enough colorful leaves on the trees to enjoy the season. Looking for ways to not only celebrate the fall season but also ways to get out of the house from Covid lockdowns before the holidays?
Durham has some great autumn activities for people of all ages.
One of the first activities includes exploring acres of pumpkins or making your way through a local corn maze. Maybe you’d enjoy a hayride or a visit with small farm animals at the local Holder Hill Farm.
Are you over 21? Test your knowledge at Bull City Ciderworks’ weekly Trivia and compete for the first place prize as another fall activity.
On the other hand, if you’re looking for a hands-on kid-friendly activity for learning and fun you might want to check out BooFest at the Museum of Life and Science where youth can create their own bubbles and participate in themed exhibits.
To find out more about all these fun fall events, keep reading.
