About Corrie Kelleigh

Corrie Kelleigh is a senior majoring in Media and Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, pursuing a Business Communication Certificate. She is currently a reporter for The Durham Voice, where she focuses on data-driven and economic stories. Through her reporting, she has found that many of Durham’s most pressing issues are rooted in financial forces, despite limited coverage of how those pressures affect local residents. Corrie has previously worked as a news editor, regional marketing assistant, and reporter for a variety of organizations. After graduation, she hopes to utilize her experience at a legacy media organization, specializing in business and data journalism.
