About Tess Alongi

Tess Alongi is a junior majoring in Media & Journalism and Political Science from Wayland, Massachusetts, and serves as a reporter for Durham Voice. She is particularly interested in covering education and politics, recognizing their significant impact on how Durham functions and grows. She has previously worked for two student media organizations and interned with a community journalism paper at home. After graduation, Tess plans to pursue social justice work before attending law school.
