Jeremiah Artacho is a junior from Durham, North Carolina, majoring in media and journalism after transferring from Durham Technical Community College. Artacho is a sports reporter for The Durham Voice, while also serving as a staff writer for The Daily Tar Heel’s sports desk. Previously, Artacho has written for The Sporting News, Athlon Sports, WCHL & Chapelboro.com as a high school sports reporter and took on the role working as an associate beat writer for North Carolina Tar Heels On SI. While covering sports in the city of Durham, Artacho strives toward providing readers with stories beyond Duke men’s basketball.
